What is Meth Addiction?
Meth is considered to be a highly addictive drug. Use of methamphetamine can lead to both physical and psychological dependence. Those who become addicted to meth experience cravings and can continue to use despite the resulting and associated negative consequences.
The nervous system and brain are stimulated by methamphetamine in a similar manner to speed and cocaine however methamphetamines are known to have stronger more severe effects particularly if injected or if smoked in its purer form as Crystal Meth.

Experiencing apathy and anhedonia in the longer term after use has ceased e.g. lack of interest and lack of enjoyment in activities/things that used to be pleasurable
Harm to the nerve pathways
Damage and destruction of nerve cells
