Part one: Making Decisions
Part 1 of this book is aimed at helping you to make three vital decisions. When you are clear in your own mind
about these decisions, you will be in the best position to plan your route to a healthier life, either through
abstinence from alcohol, or by controlling your drinking within healthy limits. Of course, you may choose to skip
this section and proceed straight to Part II, but if you do, please be very sure indeed that you are certain of the
